Terms & Conditions


Our coloured rubber chippings and rubber bark products are sold as a loose fill material to either a 50mm depth or 100mm depth, this certification can be found on our website:

Safety Certificate 

If you require a depth other than the two (tested depths) above, it is NOT to be assumed that the critical fall height is simply a pro-rata figure.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on our website are an exact replica of the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. 

The products are delivered in 20KG or 500KG bags which are weighed using uncalibrated scales hence the exact weight cannot be guaranteed. We aim to supply all of our products with a tolerance of +/- 10% of the total weight. If the delivered weight is deemed to be inaccurate and underweight it is the responsibility of the customer to advise us of this with proof and we will gladly supply the shortfall.

The base material for our Crumbz Play and Crumbz Arena product is manufactured from end of life vehicle tyres. This material is guaranteed to be 99.99% wire free by volume.

Please note while we do take every measure to ensure the best possible colours for our products, we cannot be held responsible if the colours differ from the ones pictured on our websites product description.

Payment terms are payment in full (prior to despatch of the order), by cheque, credit or debit card.

Credit Accounts

Trade and bulk customers are welcome to apply for a credit account via application form (available upon request). Please note we reserve the right to undertake any relevant credit checks. 

Availability And Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver goods within 12 working days from the receipt of order. However, NO liability can be accepted for any unforeseen circumstances which may prevent this. We will advise customers of any delays known to us. To attempt to prevent any such issues arising, please ensure that your order is placed well in advance of any works due to be carried out.

Please ensure that an adult is available to sign for the delivery on the designated delivery day. If nobody is at the delivery location to receive the delivery after a period of 15 minutes, the goods will be returned to the depot and a charge of £55.00 plus VAT will apply to the customer.

Goods are delivered in either 1 or 2 cubic metre bags on a typical pallet. The carriage company will unload the goods by means of a tail lift system and a trolley truck to the roadside only. This must not interfere with vehicles or block the public right of way. Please note once the delivery is made and a signature has been given to confirm receipt of delivery, the responsibility and liability of the goods belongs to the customer. For all orders placed with our regular delivery service (i.e non-next day deliveries) we will arrange for delivery to be booked in at least 24 hours prior to the delivery day. Our carriers will endeavour to give an approximate delivery time i.e morning of afternoon, but we can accept NO liability for deliveries that are not made within the agreed period.

All equestrian deliveries will be made by a 3rd party service. You are charged for their services through us, unless your own arrangements have been made. All products will be lifted onto the delivery vehicle using forklifts and arrangements should be made by the customer to have them lifted off upon arrival at the delivery address. 

Timed Delivery

We are able to make specific deliveries either on a morning or afternoon basis. This incurs an additional delivery charge, please enquire for charges. 


It is the customer’s responsibility to advise us (at the time of order) of any potential access problems, such as weight, height and length of delivery vehicle so that we can attempt to arrange delivery of the goods on a smaller vehicle. If notice is not given of any such problem we reserve the right to return the product to our depot and charge the customer for the carriage element of the order. Damaged/Faulty Goods

Any goods proven to be unfit for purpose will be replaced or refunded ONLY on the condition that we are notified within 10 working days. 

Collection of Goods

Any goods you have purchased that need to be collected, must be handed over when we arrive to collect. If under ANY circumstances they are not you will be charged a failed collection fee. 

Incorrectly Ordered Goods

Goods which have been ordered mistakenly will be collected for return ONLY if they are in the same condition as they were at time of delivery. However, the customer will be responsible for the collection/carriage charge. 

Pallets And Packaging

All pallets and packaging are non-returnable.

Risk & Title

The risk of the product passes to the customer upon delivery. The title of the goods remains our property until payment has been made in full. 

Loss In Transit

Please notify us in writing if your order has not arrived within the time indicated.

Consequential Loss

We will not be held responsible for any loss of profit, manpower, hire of machines, or similar issues due to circumstances beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
